Using Online Films from the UH Library

The UH Mānoa Library provides ready access to thousands of streaming videos covering all kinds of subjects, including some feature films, through a number of licensed collections. Instructors can link to these videos in their Laulima courses or show them in class with their computers.

This workshop will introduce faculty to some of the online film resources available from the UH Mānoa Library.

Topics covered will include:
• Searching for online films
• Working with Kanopy
• Working with Films on Demand
• Embedding a film in Laulima


BYOD: Bring your own device or share with a colleague. Limited laptops will be available for sharing. You will be able to request one on the registration form.
